One-Year Comprehensive Warranty
Included in the purchase of a Maxshine dual action or rotary polisher is a one-year comprehensive warranty (Except the M8S which has a six-month warranty.) Batteries are not covered under the warranty. Any warranty-supported product should be sent to an authorized Maxshine technical support center to undergo inspection before one year of ownership.
Maxshine polishers are warranted for defects in components and manufacturing for one year from the purchase date.

Exclusions
If the equipment has been dismantled before being sent back to an authorized seller or an authorized Maxshine technical support center, it may no longer be qualified for the warranty.
Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, overloading, improper handling, or other damage caused by not following operating instructions, or any fault acknowledged at the time of purchase, is not covered by the warranty.
Claims will only be acknowledged if the equipment has not been dismantled before being sent back to the suppliers or to an authorized MaxShine customer support workshop.
