Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Schedule

  • 1-2 day shipping is available for orders placed Monday to Saturday depending on location.
  • Orders placed after 4 PM on Saturday will be processed the following Monday.
  • Shipping days are Monday–Saturday, excluding major holidays.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping rates on orders starts at P65 for Metro Manila, P90 for North and South Luzon, P100 for Vis/Min for parcels up to 0.5kg.
  • Incremental rates may apply depending on weight, volume and destination.  
  • Upon checkout, we will send the tracking number via chat.
  • The courier may call or text your on the day of the delivery and will inform you the to prepare for the delivery fee.

3.   Urgent Shipping requests

  • We cater urgent shipping options via Lalamove.
  • Please chat us immediately before you checkout your order.  We will apply necessary Lalamove rates according to your destination.

4.Damaged Shipments
At Macolay Enterprises, we take great care to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or leaking package, please notify us immediately. 

  • Notification: Report any damaged or leaking shipments to either the shipping provider or Macolay Enterprises within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be covered.
  • Contact: Email us at info@macolayenterprises.com to report the issue.
  • Resolution: Upon confirmation, we will promptly resolve the issue. 

5. Missing Items
If you receive an order with incorrect or missing items, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll quickly send replacements to ensure your satisfaction.

  • Proof: Include a photo of all items received to help us resolve the issue efficiently.
