DETAIL LAB PW – Alkaline Pre-Wash
Powerful Pre-Wash for Heavy Dirt & Road Grime
Detail Lab PW is a high-performance alkaline pre-wash cleaner formulated to soften and break down heavy road grime, dirt, mud, grease, and other organic contamination before the contact-wash stage.
With its high-alkaline cleaning action (approximately pH 13), PW helps loosen stubborn contamination so it can be safely rinsed away with minimal mechanical agitation. Its rich foaming performance makes it suitable for both foam cannon/PA application and spray application.
Using PW as a pre-wash helps reduce the amount of dirt remaining on the paint before contact washing, making it an important step in a professional and safer detailing process.

HOW TO USE
1. Prepare the Vehicle
Work on a cool, dry surface and out of direct sunlight. Remove loose dirt with a light rinse if necessary.
2. Dilute PW
Prepare the product according to the recommended dilution for your application method and level of contamination. 1:10 for Foam cannon, 1:50 for manual foamer
3. Apply as a Pre-Wash
Apply evenly using a foam cannon/PA foamer or suitable sprayer. Cover the vehicle from the lower sections upward where appropriate.
4. Allow to Dwell
Allow the product to dwell and soften the contamination. Do not allow the foam or solution to dry on the surface.
5. Pressure Rinse
Thoroughly rinse the vehicle with a pressure washer, working from top to bottom to flush away loosened contamination.
6. Inspect the Surface
For heavily contaminated vehicles, repeat the pre-wash process if necessary.
7. Continue with Contact Wash
Once the majority of loose contamination has been removed, proceed with an appropriate contact shampoo such as Detail Lab MW.
